Shipping Policy

At Dio's Treasures, we want every order to arrive safely and on time. Please read through our shipping information below — especially if you're ordering a preorder item.

Order Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Preorder & Ship Date Items

Some items in our store are listed as preorders with an estimated ship date noted in the product title or description (for example, "Ship Date 8/7" or "Ship Date 6/19/26"). Please keep the following in mind:

Preorder ship dates are estimates provided by the publisher or distributor and are subject to change without notice.
We will ship your preorder as soon as we receive the product from our supplier — typically on or shortly after the listed ship date.
If a release date is delayed, we will do our best to communicate updates. Delays are outside our control and do not qualify for automatic cancellations.
Preorder items may be combined with in-stock items in your cart. In-stock items will be held and shipped together with your preorder unless you contact us to arrange a split shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
Payment is collected at the time of purchase for all preorder items.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 on all domestic orders shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx; on rare occasions, UPS may be used. We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier at our discretion to ensure your order arrives safely.

International Shipping

We ship internationally! International shipping rates are carrier-calculated at checkout based on your destination, package weight, and dimensions. You will see the available shipping options and their costs before completing your purchase.

Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to:

Import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by your country
Delays due to customs processing

These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Dio's Treasures is not responsible for customs delays or fees.

Cancellation & Order Changes

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be modified or cancelled by the customer once they have been processed and shipped. If you need to make a change to an unshipped order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

For preorder cancellations specifically, please contact us before your order ships. Once a preorder has been fulfilled and shipped, our standard Return Policy applies.
